I haven't been on ATRL in years, the most relevant place to have a discussion about Lady Gaga is on a Lady Gaga forum  this isn't her personal website, we aren't writing letters to her. I'm not sure where the mindset that we have to praise Gaga at all times came from, but it's exhausting tbh.

I  just found it strange that talking about Gaga's career, the person who is the central figure of this site and the reason of its existence you said ''a pop star's career''.  I still believe the place for unbiased discussion on her is not here, not on a site dedicated to them because 80% of us are fans.

It's more exhausting to be emotionally involved in an artist, see their creative driving force and then see people that lost their interest in her or were never interested in her discredit them. On a Gaga fansite you can say something negative about Gaga but you also should expect throwing some people off.

Fair enough, probably I just got sick of saying Gaga repeatedly and subbed it out for a different phrase  I've been a LM since the early fame days..AP is one of my favorite albums of all time despite me coming for one of it's weaknesses, haha.

Every artist has vast up and downs throughout their career. It's fascinating to me (and I guess others) to talk about the inner workings and deeper contexts of a musician's works. I was simply noticing the shifting vision from team Gaga and wondering what they'll come up with next. I am actually the opposite of 'losing interest,' this post-ASIB era has me on the edge of my seat! That's why my friend and I brought this whole topic up the other day. Sure some of the discussion here is 'negative,' but if we only had positive discussion this site would become just like lm.com. Sorry if I missed your point at first. Didn't mean to be rude or anything, it's been a long day

my point is that you can never tell the impact of a work of art because it's like history, what happens today will be in a book in 50 years, we can't tell if this is changing things, but i think that in the cultural sense, gaga will always have in the heart to put things out that will bring something to the table.
