Morphine Prince 109,896
A Virginia-based IT recruiting firm was under fire on Monday over a job posting that was seeking "preferably Caucasian" applicants. "Preferably Caucasian who has good technical background including knowledge of RPA," the job description read. "Relationship individual who can get more opportunities and build the account." Employment discrimination on the basis of ethnicity or race or skin color is illegal. That's my guess, too. Even in more conservative regions in the States, this kind of b.s. is much more implicit. What a horrific oversight. 3 points in and ready for more
Infinity Wave 7,635
This is straight out horrible. But the fact that Twitter is gonna eat this up and start with the same sh!tty moans all over again... Twitter is not the place where to discuss this but people feel like if they write a woke(TM) and entitled(TM) tweet make them relevant... Twitter is the perfect place to engage in such convo.

I’m sure there’s someone who put that in there as a joke (a bad one, btw) or someone changed it last minute. You really think a whole company approved that and let it be posted? But there are some good users too, who make valid points. We just need to dig through the gutter trash fake wokeness to find them lol. There is a lot of crappy unnecessary outrage, but in this case I believe the criticism IS warranted.

I wasn't referring to this particular situation, but on a larger scale, people on Twitter tend to align to only one view and they feel they can criticize everything they want because they're oversensitive. Everything this days becomes a case, everything is found out to be racist or something else because, now that Twitter exists, everyone's opinion is consider valid and we don't overlook even the stupidest tweets of oversensitive people just because we think they've the right to speak out and throw trash over everything. This is clearly NOT the case, I just took this opportunity to start a convo about this to know what y'all think 1 hour ago, Dukttape said: I love how the annoyance in your situation is the people calling out the racist company and not the racist company I wrongly worded my post. The criticism is obv correct, the company is not only racist but is also breaking the law. Colourful
