i'm guessing take me home is the single, lover is the album, and i've seen a leaked picture of merch saying "Taylor Swift 13 World Tour" so that's my tour name guess
lover is such a cool album title, take me home would be a basic one, so i'm hoping that's that

i'm drawn to one-word titles, i find them memorable and graphic in a way (eg: ARTPOP, reputation, Erotica, Ultraviolence, Lemonade, BEYONCÉ)
And lover is a cool choice for me because it can mean so much...love is so universal, and the word lover indicates a more passionate meaning, as it's usually used in a sexual manner (and often when referring to affairs, which adds the edge of scandal).
Seeing the aesthetic of this era, it looks like it'll be a fitting title, too.

I'm so here for "13" as an album title. I'm actually surprised it hasn't happened yet.

Taylor references and uses the number 13 way too much in her career not to make it a title at some point.
