she was allowed out to spend some time with sam at a hotel and it appears she was then being driven back to the mental health facility.

Actually they are checking out of the Hotel but as gimme more said  this is staged, why the paparazzi haven´t photographed the Mental facility yet?

i know i think it is staged by her team too, as britney has been SO good at avoiding the paps the past few years and suddenly they know what hotel she is at the one day she is out of the facility?

no we don't know the name

the guy in black is her bodyguard and has been for a few years, i met him on the POM tour just before I met britney and he was super nice and told me he wanted me to have the best experience with her and he said to just be calm and friendly with her as she's an extremely shy person and gets freaked out when people are all in her face and over the top.
