I've known from very early on baths were special to her, but I dont remember ever hearing why exactly. Maybe it's a self love metaphor. Something meditative, a place where she can be alone with her thoughts that inspire her and rinse off whatever is holding her back. It could also be something more literal like depicted in the MTN video. Maybe something bad happened involving her self harming habit.
