It's obvious she's much more of a family person now, so the idea of her kids seeing this probably freaked her out. This leaking during her mental health treatment isn't going to be great on her. She goes on a set and she knows what's going to happen... she is on a set, they make her go naked, cover her body on glitter and put her in a cage, then they start rolling and she moves and dances the way she does, then she enters another set with a leather costume and she's surrounded by half naked man with huge bulges surrounding her and putting it on her ass, then french kissing a boy, then being on top of a man while doing sex moves... if she didn't want it she would have stopped on step 1.
