Bradley 59,251
So I saw the first episode, which premiered on 9 April, and it was really great. It's about the making of the movie Life is a Cabaret starring Liza Minnelli, but it's more biographical on the aspects of the lives of Bob Fosse (Rockwell) and Gwen Verdon (Williams). They're both Oscar-winning/nominated actors, so as expected, they nailed it, but the execution and directing were also pretty amazing. I suppose it will be have a big place at upcoming award shows. TinyGa 397
I liked the first episode a lot, too. Set up their dynamic really well and I loved that they recreated iconic dance numbers. I thought Michelle Williams had amazing physicality and I loved her accent. And their 70s New York apartment was incredible. Looking forward to the next episode.
