And of course, they were wrong when Gaga's first leading role movie made over 400 million worldwide, got her an Oscar, 3 more Grammys, a BAFTA, Golden Globe, 2 Critics Choice, a #1 hit song worldwide, a huge soundtrack and most of her dates are sold out. Brit stans will not see it like this, but Britney merely opened a door that many artists weren't prepared to walk through yet. More artists will follow after Gaga.
