Is the bar so low with these people? My god. I've come to realize, upon seeing this in the media and my own life, that most conservatives like the conversation to be centered around them. They try to make it about them and feel victimized when the other party is trying to talk. So most people from that "side of the aisle" don't have the social skills required to have a civil debate. The audience regularly boos her, and never once has one of the co-hosts admonished the audiences boos, so it's fair to say she enters that space already defensive. Which is why she can come across as "bratty" - which is a word that probably wouldn't be used to describe her if she were a man. This level of cattiness is supposed to be on The View. It was a little shady, but justified if you watch their full exchange, and not just the twitter clip. Meghan was speaking, and Joy interpreted her, Meghan said nothing about Joy's interruption. Then Meghan interrupted Joy, and Joy asked her not to, saying "I listened to you." So, Meghan said part of her job was to listen to her. All you are doing right now is proving Trump right about liberal witch hunts. A republican says something shady? Try and get them fired. Two weeks ago when Joy implied Meghan was dumb? Crickets. If you had been watching The View since the being you'd know they all interrupt each other constantly, and this exchange was pretty civil in terms of how co-hosts have snapped at each other in the past. There have been full on screaming matches in the past. Barbra used to literally kick people under the table.
