So true. Expect some people who are going to call you racist or white twink

I've endured that many times from people who get completely the wrong idea. I think the best option is to put everything down diplomatically but you still can't please everyone. And well, if anyone called me a twink, they'd be totally barking up the wrong tree, considering I'm a woman!

Yes, of course it's "that simple". The amount of **** that you talk, one would think you'd try and do some research every now and then before you open your damn mouth. But then again, I am not surprised with your track record over the years.

I didn't say this translates into every company not being racist. But on the whole, it probably isn't what's happening, it's just simple mathematics. I do research, I believe in hunting down stuff that even if you don't like it, is nevertheless the truth and pointing out the reality of situations. If you don't think having a clear racial majority living in a country is the main reason behind why this is, what do you think about countries that have non-white majorities having no whites in their workplace? Don't you find that a problem as well? Does it not work according to the same principle? Don't these countries need more diversity? Are minorities better workers than whites and only non-whites realise this? I just find it quite telling of people's intentions when they are perfectly fine with how non-white nations employ their own people but put very high pressures on majority white nations to hire non-whites. Why have white countries got to be diversified but literally no pressure is put on other countries to do the same? It's not that I'm against non-whites being involved, I just think it should be natural and not forced, to give everyone a fair chance. I just wonder why non-white countries aren't encouraged to have the same thinking, however. Possible conclusions as to why are not good and certainly wouldn't be welcomed if it was about anyone else.

If there is one thing that I noticed while being on ggd is that ... some members don't give two f*cks about things that don't impact their lives. Some of you mean well but you are just wasting your time trying to have some conversations here.

GGD is racist, it's just a fact at this point. It's been proven to me several times reading threads upon threads.

I mean, yeah, there's an issue, but to be fair I see  90% of people praising Bey and dragging people for coming for her in this instance. And most of the time people drag other posters for racism or try and educate if it is ignorance.  I wouldn't d*mn the entire site for approximately 10% of the posters.

Do you think she would’ve had a problem if they were all black?

I’m gonna add this because people keep assuming the worst: I’m commenting on the US’s idea of “diversity” being black and white. Does she actually care about proper racial representation or does she just want people of black/African-American background being represented, which seems to be a recurring theme in media (calling things diverse because there’s black people, completely forgetting there are other racial and ethnic groups not represented).

I'm gonna add more: does she fight for asians, latinos, idians, native americans...  to be there as much as black people?

I know far better than to attempt to speak on this with your white supremacist ass. You're simply too short-sighted and bigoted to even try and open your mind.

For those trying to prove a point because it’s Beyonce and you clearly dislike her, keep this same energy when it come to Gay representation. Imagine this: “Gaga walks out of meeting because of lack of LGBT presence”

GGD Members: “Yass queen we need to be represented. We Stan a queen who stands up for us”

:ally:

Are you sure? :)  Some would react this way but definitely not all members or close. The ones saying it now about beyoncé could also be the same ones not cheering for gaga leaving if there was no LGBT person present.

Most people here wouldn't immediately assume it's due to discrimination if there's a lack of LGBT presence on some speech team imo.

Illuminati Freak

Trying to stay on topic here. What is this spin the media is putting on this thou? adidas owns Reebok. They won either way they got the deal. If Reebok got the deal adidas would have won either way. What it actually says is that adidas needs to look more closely at who's running the Reebok ship. This just means adidas isn't running the Reebok brand the way they run adidas and that doesn't reflect good on them either.

You've never attempted to get to know me properly enough to make such pronouncements on my character. If you truly took the time to get to know me, you'd know how wrong you are. To call me a white supremacist is truly hateful and inflammatory and is not an accusation to be thrown around lightly. But no matter, this is the last I'll be speaking to you regarding this as I don't want it to descend into another mess and offset the thread.

That's such a lie - I had numerous lengthy PM conversations with you attempting to understand you and your nonsense but you were still ready to dust off your white hood at any given opportunity. Bye.

Morphine Prince

GGD went full on "All Lives Matter" in this thread.

Can't say I'm surprised!

petty

We can never have a race post on here without the ignorance.

Beyonce wanted people on her team that could RELATE to HER PERSONAL background and life. So for people to bring up other races to compare is just stupid. You know what you’re doing, you want attention, you want the likes or dislikes and you want a debate because no one cares about your opinion in real life. This was an issue and she handled it correctly and fixed the problem, END OF DISCUSSION.

Maybe the team wasn’t as diverse as she wanted because they hired people based on who the right person was for the job instead of skin color & trying to fill a quota.

.....who is more successful, Reebok or Adidas lmaoooo.

Take several seats.
