And for those who don't know, MJ had painkiller addiction, source CNN:

Hallucinations, confusion and change of mood are common side-effects of such opiods.

So to me, this sounds more like  rant that he did about his lenders when he was probably suffering from the side-effects of such opioids, which create the effect of hallucination, imagining things that are not true, such as people conspiring against you etc.. and who would go on a rant in a voicemail? That goes to show that he wasn't "sober" when he was doing it.

And for the "jew me, sue me" part it's ****ing ridiculous. He was using "jew me" as in "persecute me". It was definitely not antisemitic. 

So yes, when you take such things out of their context, they'll look bad on the face of it. So, don't be simple-minded and look at the surrounding circumstances of such things.

Alright.... the cancel culture here is getting very interesting. So just wondering, where's this same energy with Gaga using "chola" in Born This Way? And with her taking pictures with dudes in what looked like blackface that one time? And with her wearing Michael's jacket (with a questionable red strap on the arm, now that we're touching on Anti-Semitism) in Hillary's campaign back in 2016? And with that obvious fake tan that was so dark it almost looked like blackface? Iffy evidence, but more than enough for anyone looking to cancel her. And she's alive, unlike MJ. Wouldn't it make more sense to cancel Gaga, by your own logic?

I find Michael's words rather indefensible. I also find the act of digging up this stuff from 14 years ago completely pointless. The man is dead. It made sense to discuss his pedophilia because the alleged victims are still alive and hurting, but this? This is pointless.

Yeah the guy is gone. His legacy might feel like some big thing but it’s nothing. I also don’t like all of the cancelling stuff but we should have stopped giving this man attention when he was alive and just move on now that he is dead.

I had to look up what that fallacy is, I’m not native in english or a law student really... But it doesn’t seem like it. His basis was the usage of the word in the media. That’s a wrong source. I just chose to show him that with his own words rather than to find stuff that’s being wrongly used in the media, because his argument IS about stuff being wrong in the media
