It’s very hard to calculate that exact position with just radio air-play, so I doubt that, but who knows. Maybe she paid billboard to switch a few positions around :ladyhaha:

No one, not even the most talented team can make a song debut at an exact # on the Hot 100. Especially based on airplay.

Obviously coincidence. No one can do that on purpose. Think about the implications of a song debuting solely on airplay. How can her team control the exact amount of spins needed. You would need to know the exact amount of sales streams and spins #99 is getting. And even then they can’t tell radio to increase or decrease spins beyond the radio deal. It’s just impossible.

they could just throw 100k to Billboard and say: "Hey put ME! at #100 this week"  :poot:

But #100 definitely smells fishy.

Billboard literally monopolized the charts in the US. They’re not that sleazy. Not to mention why not just throw 100k or even more to get at least one week at #1? Same for Gaga? And Ariana? And any other artist. Instead when “close” chart battles happen like this their teams whip out the discounts and limited edition physicals.

It doesn’t make sense. Republic records buying a #100 position :lmao:
