There's like 0.000001 possibility of two major stars releasing in the same week, unless the album leaked. Lemonade was not a documentary btw LOL. While B7 will most likely debut with higher numbers than EIL, she's still absolutely no threat on the Hot 100. Also, Gaga completely blows her out of water globally.
