if we look at the credit list, sometimes she will put her name behind other people, I think she does that  when she's not the main composer
for example: 

"Perfect Illusion" :Kevin Parker, Germanotta, Ronson, Tucker

"Come to Mama":Tillman, Germanotta, Emile Haynie

but for other songs she put her name in the first place
it's just my guessing, but we all know that gaga also gives credit to everyone who is involved in the process of production even when she writes most the song so maybe it's just how her team works

that's true and there would be no surprise if she did compose most of the songs from The Fame and The Fame Monster..... I mean, those songs do sounds similar to some degree.
 For TIHTY.... I think she and Diane just both agreed that it would be better if they put her name on it.(she did change a small portion of lyrics tho....)
I think she only started to take other people's demo since Joanne , kinda ironic because it's supposed to be her most personal album

it's a win-win situation for them 
and we all knew Diane composed most of the song, the only thing we didn't know was how little gaga had participated in the process
