During Beyonce's blackout, she shot 17 music videos and recorded 80 songs: all without a manager. She said the ARTPOP era was just about to begin (paraphrasing) so she should stop whining on LM and show us that. It's nearly 2014, she's in the prime of an album cycle and what's going on lol? I mean I love her to bits and it's her career, not mine, but she needs to know that this is not good for her :( If she loves performing, her music and her art etc then she should get to it instead of focusing on things that don't make her happy. And all that stuff makes us happy too. Come on Gaga, it's obviously a sad time for you but we believe that you can come back and kill it! They've gotten their hands dirty with it. That probably would've been a much better way to say it. But how does she know that the critics aren't creative or artistic in their own time? I would bet that they are. They're just amateurs at creating, but they're experts when it comes to knowledge of music history, and what the trends are, and how to express their feelings about a song in a coherent way. They've got good taste. Most of Gaga's fans are like critics, then, because we're not all amazing musicians or pop stars like she is, but we love music, are creative in one way or another, and we like expressing our feelings and opinions about her art. So when she says that critics shouldn't be acknowledged when it comes to her art, she's also pretty much saying that her fans shouldn't be acknowledged, either. And this is why I slightly agree with her, there are obviously certain things that only someone who has worked in and practiced the art in question can understand and I get that. This will be movie about her life Terry shot last year and now she will include DWUW! Terry shot boths stuff, in movie there will be operation of her hip as we know, and in music video picture we saw it's in doctor's office! WOW. She will put out longest music video ever, it's gonna be actually a movie. Suddenly she will come back to top and dominate again. Sure you can give an opinion on if the song sounds good or ****ty, since you've got ears and senses afterall, but looking at the true meaning of critiquing, which in my opinion requires an in-depth knowledge, how can you critique something you know nothing about or can't do? You can have an opinion on their policies and whatnot, but the only people who can attest to the pressures of the role are those who've already done it, former presidents.
