Just because it "only" has 8 songs does not make it an album... The first Madonna album only had 8 songs too  the new kanye album has 7 tracks and lasts 23 minutes and it's an official STUDIOALBUM.  THE FAME MONSTER IS HER SECOND ALBUM!
