Wade’s timeline doesn’t add up because he always changes everything. What is that you’re not understanding?

now James story I belive the most, once again I’m not saying Wade is lying but he always CHANGES THE STORY

bye

well interestingly enough James Safechuck only jumped the bandwagon because he was moved by Wade's story, which was changed so many times, and was repealed by the court many times because it didn't hold up. All of Wade's testimonies were banned from court, since he lied under oath, and failed to be consistent and compelling in all drafts of the story. The last version of the story that was used to get an appeal, was based on an early 90s book on an alleged MJ pedophilia book "Michael Jackson was my Lover".

by a writer who has been known as a pedophilia apologist. So the story in Leaving Neverland was almost 1:1 copied from this book.

With that I don't believe James is telling the truth either.

exactly, in his interview in 2014 on TV after his "realisation", the details he gave were different to the details he gave in this documentary...

What things has Wade changed? In need more info

I have not yet found all the tea/receipts. But I found actual court dismissals:

Court dismissal of Wade's accusation in 2015:

Court dismissal of Jimmy's second accusation in 2017:

@Rio @Flopplause

None of the judges commented on the credibility of the claims though. This story about how Wade's lawsuits were dismissed because he was a proven liar is just invented by the fans :smh:

In both cases we're dealing with technical issues. The judge in 2015 ruled that, no matter the veracity of Wade's claims, he waited too long to file his case. The judge in 2017 ruled that the estate was not liable for exposing Wade to Michael's possible sexually transgressive behavior, again, whether Michael did in fact molest him or not. Sources: The Guardian, E! News

He still has a shot. The last word has not been spoken about his testimony.

girl, no one expressed "confusion," it was an assumption.

an assumption fair enough but then surely it's more productive to just correct or educate someone that 'assumed' clearly not knowing than telling them to stfu :shrug:  I mean when people bitched about gaga cancelling then cancelling again the tour, if i heard someone say something about it that was wrong i didn't go tell them to 'stfu' because how does that help? :air:

Soz i'm not attacking you btw I just saw your post and thought if you said it to me I'd feel humiliated

nah, tea i shouldn't say "stfu" u are right. However, as someone who was sexually abused, I lied about it for years to my family and my friends until I fully understood what it was that had happened to me and that it wasn't my fault. Someone taking their own time to come to terms with abuse and then telling their story as an adult is not "changing their story like they change their underwear." That is straight up wrong to say.
