I got a ASIB themed balloon from my local HMV here in the UK a few weeks ago after showing my stan card  I just asked the manager politely and explained to him how much I loved Gaga, he didn't even hesitate, he was like "Here ya go, have a nice day!" Shoulda got his number tbh

This makes me sad/mad that people are getting them. I was told at 2 walmarts that it was illegal for them to give them away. Yet people are getting them. ugh.

I was told this exact same thing! My Walmart told me it was “against company policy”
