OP already pointed out the scream in the beginning, just like when we were first introduced to Ally and she broke it off with that guy. 2. The scene where famous rita stepped onto the stage and came out behind curtain it reminded me of ally stepping onto the stage when she sang La Vie En Rose. 3. The closing scene with the tear down her eye just like the closing scene of ASIB after Ally sings INLA! 4. The fact that there was a famous version of rita and a normal one who worked food service, a la Ally. Kind of a reach, but I think it's too much coincidence and I can't say I'm surprised.
