That being the most recent video, and one of her more recent posts overall, probably got a lot of traction for the views. It's truly a mystery. The video is embedded in quite a few news articles, but all the ones I found are more than two weeks old, so that doesn't really explain the continued surge of views. My best guess is that Instagram has it featured in lots of different categories of the explore tab so it's reaching a ton of people, and once they watch even 1/2 a second it counts as a view.
