Yet such tests can be used and admitted to court as evidence, shows that it has a high probability of being accurate. You cant just dismiss it by saying they are totally inaccurate, in many MANY cases, they are not, which is why they are still being used, and improved upon today. I'm just suggesting that most of the people running to his defense would probably not be so tolerant if they knew of a random neighborhood guy doing the same stuff as Michael.
