When was the last time Gaga thanked her fans in a speech?

Like this new Shallowbucks scandal, not only you guys create it, but NO you have to make it go viral too by TWEETING starbucks, pretending to be angry customers and asking them about the scam.

At least if you scammed people, keep it on the low, don't make it go viral too...

I feel she brings us up all the time. Although I can’t recall if she has in recent acceptance speeches. But she’s been name checking us little psychos more and more lately, like in the Grammy’s opening.

I agree. I feel like a few years ago gaga and us fans had a falling out. I fell off of twitter at the end of the ARTPOP era and i am not active as i used to be but i know there is a rising number hostile fans and it's really sad. I know some people must have hurt her from all those hateful comments about Christian.

The Shallowbucks thing is dumb as h*ll and went way too far, but it isn't getting her in trouble. But it's dumb headlines still attached to her name, even if it is fans, and I suspect that is part of the reason she doesn't interact with fans on social media much, if at all, anymore. We aren't the worst fan base, but pretty damn close. Like the headlines should be "Lady Gaga won an Oscar," not "Is Lady Gaga banging Rocket Racoon" or "Gaga fans do a Starbucks hoax." Fans should have been happy with all the awards, but it's never enough. Like I almost miss Joanne, because the LM were less intense but the higher up she gets the more insane they get.

Stan wars, scamming, etc.—it's all too much. At least they'll settle down on Monday, although they should have already settled down by now.

I mean, I went to see the movie 5 times in theaters to support her...I also took my whole family the night it opened and that cost me $150+ 

I’ve purchased many copies of the soundtrack and listened to Shallow on repeat since it was released. 

I mean, I dont need a personal thank you because thats literally stupid and I did it because I want to and the work is worth supporting. It’s just a shame because she has so many fans who support her and she ignores them now. 

I don’t want this to come off weird, because I don’t think that she owes us anything at all...

I’m not even sure if I am making sense.

Its so true. But also, generalizing fans as being terrible is wrong. There are so many good fans out there. The problem is that the worst ones have the loudest voice and the most followers.

Pretty sure she appreciates the fans—she's thanked them in a few speeches, recently, right?  I know she has said it in interviews for sure a few times. I could have sworn she mentioned us in the Grammys as the Onion parodied it.

I don't thinks she hates the fans, but I think the social media sh*t can get way out of control and that is why she avoids social media interaction with fans 99% of the time.

I get what you mean. I think she is still very appreciative and greatful for her fans. 

It is just unfortunate that the best way to interact with the fans is social media. So because she has taken herself out of that space it seems like she doesn’t care.

I wouldn’t put too much into her not thanking fans during this awards season, I really believe this was all too much for her. 

Plus every time she logs onto Twitter it’s someone asking her if she’s screwing Mark or Rocket, missing Christian or getting back with Taylor.
