Don't come at me for bs hygiene reasons, if you're lazy and nasty that's your problem. Give the guy a chance to prove that he's capable of ~ washing ~ And medical reasons (phimosis) can almost always be fixed with steroid creams and stretching. I've seen people with pinholes severity 10 achieve normal movement over time. However if as an adult you want to make the decision on yourself, go ahead, but I hate people who decide something like this for their children.
