I can't really blame him for being hurt or bitter about their past relationship, they were together for so long and every person has their faults and makes their mistakes. Also Gaga knew Carino during their relationship already, we don't/can't know what happend behind the scenes. I think it is wrong to view this one-sided, fan/stan or not. Anyway, he makes himself look bad in doing this, he IS the guy who came super close to marrying her and everyone in the world knew it.
