So many artists now rely on orchestrating marketing campaigns to make it big nowadays (i.e. the paid clout of some new rappers out there, leveraging on orchestrated buzz, etc.). Majority of the songs she performs on tour (obviously she includes the current album but look at Enigma) are from the beginning of her career. She also faced some mild criticism after the Super Bowl, calling her a Legacy artist. Whatever happens happens but I’m hoping she churns out a few more cosmetically successful songs because it’d be nice to have some fresh music versus the same singles being performed over and over again.
