 No, it's not what dads are like. Both of my parents were happy to let me express myself how I wanted, including modeling as a young adult. Even if a dad did disagree with his (adult, independent) daughter dressing sexually, he should never speak to her in such a hateful way. "You make me sick" is not a normal thing to say to your kid

For the people saying "dads are like that": I am a sex worker doing p0rn and being out like an activist, doing interviews and **** talking about sex work and my dad and my mom supports me. They did from the beggining. And I have fellow sex workers that have their parent knowing all and supporting them too (we did an article with sex worker's moms being out talking about us, their daughters some months ago http://almagrorevista.com.ar/madres-puta-amor-orgullo/). And yes, there is a LOT of stigma around sex, erotism, sex work and ****ography. It's tabu for lot of people but u all need to know that there are parents not going crazy with their sons or daughters working with their sexuality in a comercial or artistic way. I honestly don't agree with how her father judged her music or character,

but seriously Bebe, these are stuff you should never post on the Internet, it should have remained private, here's exactly what she did:

1. Posts a message trying to elicit sympathy for herself and judgment for her father.

2. Continues to defend her father and therefore MORE sympathy for herself coming from her fans.

3. Creates an irony as to how you didn't want people to say bad things about your father, but you were the one who showed the world a private text message he sent?

I'm sorry if this is not an attempt to create publicity and elicit support and sympathy from your fans, what is it?

Like I said, I obviously don't think her father was right in saying that, but what she did subsequently was just... self-inflicted.

Sex work is a different conversation and it is only oppressive if it's without agency. Everyone sells their bodies. We're selling our bodies when we do any work. That phrase makes no sense.

I love Bebe and have been following her career for some time now

I am aware of her parents being strict but why is her dad all of a sudden pissed, Bebe has put out a lot of sex appeal stuff from day one. It's not adding up lol. This isn't Adele. 

Also Bebe spends so much on her family and is in the process of buying them a fancy house (which takes hard work and a lot of money). Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
