Theories, theories, theories abound...glad no one has any opinions on this topic. Its like y'all were stifling yourselves, and WHAM!   So happy to have the company in this stew.  Many things swirling in my head. 1) The supposition that Christian was over awhile ago seems preposterous. Right up until the last fountain post. I think we all know now it was all over at that point. That was a week after Bradley's trip to LV. I am guessing that was the last straw. I could never figure out though why CxG both always looked so unhappy.   2) Irina in Venice was one of the saddest thing I have ever seen. It was cringe-worthy. I always thought they could not be happy. And the rumors started about how miserable they looked in public, away from the Red Carpets. But, I have to say- they really worked on being a family-unit for their daughter. And I believe this had some remedial impact, thus Bradley's tribute to Irina at the BAFTAs. 3) Bradley usually appears mildly amused when CrazyGa shows up, and more important- sometimes appears mildly embarrassed. If they act on their impulses, I doubt it will be long-term. 4) Gaga, if nothing else, has demonstrated a remarkable ability to control her destiny. This is a woman who gets everything she wants. However, she also has demonstrated a short attention span. I think this is going to blow up for sure. The question is: How long will it last?

I didn't necessarily see it that way, but I could see how others thought the performance played out that way. ARUTW should have been the song nominated—it's a better song—and then there wouldn't be this potential tabloid messiness & the fact that people are going to be disappointed that he won't sing in the Jackson voice.

And ugh, you totally know they will do a camera cut to Bradley, and Irina since she'll be next to him, during her speech cause they often do that when people accept awards.

Definitely not a "playing along" thing because Gaga said "I want to thank my fiancé" in one of her award speeches. She wouldn't have explicitly stated it that way if she really were just acting along for the award season.

A lot of good points. I thought out of the two Irina tried to be gracious in Venice. She at least was smiling and supporting her man. Christian looked like he was pissed off from the time he got out of the car with Donatella and Irina. I’m conflicted about Bradga. Don’t get me wrong I would like for them to be a couple but a part of thinks like you that maybe something this intense will burn out quickly. Then their special friendship will be no more

Like I said, I think they’re both mature enough to know that there’s nothing going on between them, and that it’s just the media & people online spinning the narrative a certain way. Sure, celebrities, to a certain extent, are “crazy”, but that doesn’t mean not caring about your current relationships.

Idk...it's just the way Gaga looks at Bradley and acts around him. The way her face just lights up. The way they both seem to look deeply into each other's eyes. To me it doesn't seem like a friendship. Gaga tends to be a bit more "chummy" and laid back with her friends. She treats Mark Ronson more like an older brother in my opinion (she even calls him her brother in 5F2). Then again, it's awards season so she probably has to put on a more 'elegant' and 'poised' image for the press.

Honestly who knows. Maybe they're both deeply and madly in love with each other and know it, but want to keep it hidden as much as possible. Maybe it's only one sided -- Gaga is in love with Bradley, but Bradley only sees Gaga as a friend. Maybe it's vice versa. Maybe they're in love with each other but haven't even acknowledged it themselves, and they're only slowly beginning to realize it. Maybe they truly are just really close friends. Maybe they're just coworkers who played up their chemistry for awards season, and won't even speak to each other a year from now.

Only time will tell. 

IF there is some romantic chemistry, honestly, I see it as very one-sided, from Gaga’s perspective. I just don’t see Bradley having those same feelings for her. Personally, I just think it’s a very loving, and caring friendship. This is Gaga’s big break as an actress, and I’m sure that she’s just very grateful to Bradley, and that may come across as flirty or romantic. 

I do think they might be playing up their chemistry for awards season though. I mean, the whole movie centers around the bond they have together, why shouldn’t they play into that narrative?
