Yeah, my cousins are also Gaga fans and were like "I love her, but I'm getting tired of the damn song lol".  Meanwhile, over here it's barely on the radio although I do hear it in stores, coffee shops, etc. all the time.

Dude also called Roma a home movie, which is...ridiculous.  TBH I almost expected worse, since those anonymous ballots from THR tend to be way crueler and more petty than almost anything else put out during Oscar season, to the point that other journalists have argued they shouldn't be published. And I remember how nasty they were towards Anne Hathaway, whose attitude/speeches are very similar to Gaga in some ways. But "goddess on stage, didn't buy her as an actress" is relatively mild, especially in context of him dragging nearly everyone and those comments on Bradley and Sam.

To be honest, I'm a bit tired too. The song is on repeat in every radio station, shops, everywhere. People who I talk to also say they are getting tired of listening to it. It's normal, and a good sign since it's so successful.
