BabylonHooker 4,305
I bet the ones who complain are new fans, during Joanne or A Star Is Born era. I'm not joking. GAGA IS MY LIFELINE
LadyLuca 2,541
Ye I love everything about that but I agree. It didnt match the song. It was too much. I needed more of Joanne in the first part of shallow and later Gaga could come out of the closet.

Igor Hachul 365
Come on people. You are never satisfied with anything. But maybe we are seeing new fans... back in 2009 I was afraid that all that rock style she used for the fame ball would take her away from pop. But this is our REAL POP GLAMOROUS GAGA the queen is back Igor Hachul

She's been serving sitting at the piano, slaying with vocals performances since 2008 though I don't get why so many of you are arguing that this all-over-the-place rock vibe is "more" Gaga than anything else. If you count the performances in this style throughout her whole career you wouldn't even reach 5 It's not about being a normal person, it's just about delivering a good performance. No one's complaining about her movements, just that they didn't quite work. Huge difference.

That is an objectively wrong statement. Also, how could that even be possible? The Joanne era had a lot of similar performances tbh. How is this performance any different from her Dive Bar Tour or like any Perfect Illusion performance? There's no way that this Grammy performance is totally different from what we've seen her do the last couple of years. It's just not good to some people but that's an entirely different subject. Pharamon 6,839
Honestly I ****ing loved it, her vocals were so effortlessly on point and she gave us the WEIRDO SIDE of her. I really enjoyed it, yes her movements were a bit weird and more uptempo than the song but she was just feeling the moment and rocking out. She sounded great too, better than she has sung the song at Enigma even with the very few off notes and was still a better vocal performance than 90% of the music industry.
