And the least respected seems to be The Deathly Hallows Part 1 and The Chamber Of Secrets. I want to see what Monsters think, do you think differently to this. I sure do, my list is from #1 (best) to #8 (worst): #1 Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2 #2 Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire #3 Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets #4 Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix #5 Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince #6 Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban #7 Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1 #8 Harry Potter And The Philosophers Stone Please dont come for me or be offended by mine or anyones selections as it was difficult for me to choose as i love all the movies! Hmm....... I kind of see them all as a whole, but if I had to pick... 8-1-3-7-2-6-5-4 chaeri pls

When i watch it, it gives me so many emotions and i dont like the angry Dumbledore lol, but i just find the graveyard scene so chilling when Voldermort touches Harrys scar and the music is great throughout especially during Harrys nightmare where he sees Barty Crouch Jr and Wormtail. Agree about angry Dumbledore haha! I like 90% of the graveyard scene but I feel that they could have done the Voldemort reveal better. When he was morphing into himself he looked more comical than scary - but that's just my opinion. "****ing rat" - @Dynamite

Yes i agree that the morphing part could have been done better, when he first touches his head and you hear the background noise it feels like he is more alien like than serpent like to me but its only a little complaint haha. What i love about the Goblet Of Fire is that it feels more English than the other films like with the Yule Ball and the traditional dress robes and with some rock music which was really popular at the time in this country. The haircuts and the style was very in with the time of the mid 00s here. I know its not supposed to be set in 2005 but i just felt like i could relate to the characters better in Goblet because i'd see similar trends in school myself. Zombiecat 16,494
1. Goblet of Fire 2. Prisoner of azkaban 3. Dealthy Hallows #1 4. Order of the pheonix 5. Chamber of secrets 6. Philosopher's stone 7. Half Blood Prince 8. Deathly hallows #2 The more time went on they just butchered the books imo, like in HBP they cut out pretty much all of voldermort's back story which is what made the book so good (imo) and added random **** in like when the death eaters attack the house and they all ran into a field for some reason and DH p2 was just a god damn mess of bad writing https://linktr.ee/jamalholt
ItWasntLaauv 6,392
The only thing I know is that Prisoner of Azkaban is the best one in the series and that’s that on that.
Spock 20,290
Prisoner of Azkaban is an amazing movie, and handles the plot quite well but I’ll never forgive Alfonso for shitting all over the continuity and changing Hogwart’s geography and the feel of the world. Not saying it wasn’t good for later movies (I honestly can’t imagine say OOTP with a Sorcerer’s Stone vibe) but still it makes me cringe so much every time I watch it. The movie also massively failed to set up crucial plot points for the later movies. Anyways: Chamber of Secrets (personal fave, I LOVE the book and the movie reminds me so much of my childhood. I also love how dark it is) Goblet of Fire Deathly Hallows part II Half Blood Prince Prisoner of Azkaban Deathly Hallows part I Order of the Phoenix Sorcerer’s Stone I think all of them have their pros and cons, especially when compared to the books but they’re all amazing who will love me when the night is over

Gov Hooka 8,008
Shocked that people liked the crap fest that was the last movie... it’s so bad. Honestly the later movies were the worst and it became too generic Hollywood overproduced mess. The magic of the films got lost with David Yates imo. And I don’t buy that it’s because the films got darker, since the 3rd is a masterpiece, so authentic to the magic of the series, while being the darkest film aesthetically. 3-1-2-4-5-8-7-6 the half blood prince is such a disappointment
