Question: Why are none of the celebs tweeting about Enigma?

With all the celebs that have been showing up to Enigma, I was kinda looking forward to seeing them tweet or post about it...

Bradley doesn't have social media, but when he was asked about it, he said it's "really something" which didn't sound that nice...

I saw it last week had the absolute time of my life and the reviews have been amazing, so I'm just wondering wtf? Are these celebs just feeling threatened???

lol they probably just want anonymity enjoying a show and don't want to be harassed by monsters. We all know how monsters be :huntyga:

I think that could be your insecurity, fam

People can enjoy a show and not tell the world about it on social media. It is not mandatory.

This! Celebrities are not obligated to comment on another celebrities work everytime they see it or attend it

To be fair, other celebrities comment on Gaga on social media far more often than she comments on them

Remember Katy Perry? I used to cringe a little at how much good stuff she'd constantly tweet about Gaga and Gaga never said squat back to Katy almost like she didn't know she existed

There are thousands of fans that attend concert shows everyday without tweeting about that.

I attended both Enigma and Jazz & Piano and I never said a single thing about them on my social media. They probably met Gaga in person and complimented her show privately.

Unfortunately our site doesn’t have a story feature and our livestreams are poor. So most of our users turn to the good sis Instagram.

Show is getting great reviews by critics/journalists, and celebrities are going to see it.  Really don't think it's a big deal at all that celebs aren't posting about it for the most part, in fact I don't think most celebrities do post about other's concerts unless it is some special thing or they've worked together—e.g. why Tony, Mark post more about Gaga. Also, most of the people you mentioned aren't even very active on social media, or don't have social media at all. If they aren't active, it's doubtful that they first post in months they do will be about Gaga.

Plus, Queen Celine and Christina have both posted/given it a shoutout, so it's not like all celebs haven't posted on it.

Yes, a lot of people aren't active on social media or even on social media...especially celebrities as it can be a minefield. Most of the celebs I've seen that have been noted to attend her show aren't big on social media. Hell, even Gaga isn't that active. And Celine, Christina, and Tony did acknowledge it on social media. And I doubt Bradley would go out to see the show twice, on two different weekends, if he was being shady.

The good reviews + numerous celebrity guests + sold out shows should be enough.

The celebrities who attended Enigma probably have a lot of respect for Gaga. I attended Jazz & Piano and Bradley gave her multiple standing ovations as other audience members did. He was smiling while applauding.

I don't get why people keep talking bad about Bradley when all he ever did for Gaga was being supportive and said nice things about her. He's always very happy to be with her as can be seen at award shows, and he's also nice to people in general, still he falls victim to some media sites portraying him as this vile human-being or some sort.

The less you look for validation of your favorite things from others, the more you enjoy it yourself.

Dont worry about it, it’s an unnecessary concern.

I think some of it is misplaced anger—a couple of film critics have noted this. Like not only is he good looking and successful, he hit it out of the park on his first directing job when many thought he would flop.  Others, especially women and POC, have struggled to get directing jobs and very few would be offered a studio film and given the freedom Bradley was (to write, direct, sing, etc.).  It's not necessarily jealously (although for some it is) but anger at the system being directed at the wrong person.

That said....it's obviously not Bradley's fault that he was given a chance when others weren't. It's the system in Hollywood that people should be mad at and the producers/studios who decide which films to back and who gets a chance and who does not, not an individual first time actor who got a chance to be a director. And I say this as a WOC who does get annoyed at Hollywood. And to Bradley's credit, he has never pretended that he had it especially hard compared to everyone else even when he talked about being nervous making the film, etc. Like Adam McKay and Soderbergh can be super obnoxious about the "struggle" even though they are accomplished, academy award nominated directors with a ton of privilege.

Completely agree that he's always been lovely about Gaga. I'm half-hoping that they work together again on his Bernstein project.

The headlines I have read are about Bradley's personality though, they paint him as this human-being who is condescending and has no respect and regard for other people which couldn't be further away from the truth. I'm just glad most people are intelligent enough to get affected by these false portrayals and understand who he truly is as a person.

Anyway, he hasn't confirmed what his new movie would be about, there are rumours about the Bernstein biopic I am aware, but he didn't divulge anything about it yet.
