A Star Is Born needed lengthy promotion and there are like 2000 award shows out there for her to attend, besides she had to rehearse for Enigma AND Jazz + Piano. She might be preparing something else in the meantime that we don't know about, perhaps a new movie role or something. She's also rehearsing for the Grammys and Oscars, and if you think she's just playing the piano and doesn't need to rehearse a lot for it, then I have nothing to say.
