Period. For the same reason, MR was never sent and Taylor Swift's "New Years Day" was never added. They are of the pickiest programmers in the industry. The country radio does not play Kacey Musgraves because she support the LGBTQ community. They only play bro-country songs and every Carrie Underwood single.
