I mean, “justice” system declared R Kelly innocent 11 years ago. I believe sooner or later dr luke will pay for what he’s done

especially that there are so many women in the industry that came forward and talked about how horrible of a person he was to them, when they worked with him. After hearing all that from them, and watching one of the kindest artists go through so much, he was trying to capitalise on her even during rainbow era. I believe her 100%.

Gaga should stop this (in my opinion) , but now, too late. Kesha is a grown woman, her lawyers too. It's their business. Stop the drama start working on lg6 :reductive:

She was subpeonad for a deposition. It's law and she had to do it so it's not Gaga's fault for speaking.

I hate to say it but I prefer it this way...

A justice system cannot be perfect and will not be certain of every case...

Either you give the benefit of the doubt "innocent till proven guilty" to not lock up anyone innocent but as a result some guilty get away with crime....

Or to get every criminal you show no liniency or benefit of the doubt when information isn't fully conclusive but as a result you could end up imprisoning many who did nothing wrong

I think we need proof to avoid innocent people going to prison as soon as possible but that does mean some criminals will also get away as a result.

Anyone who thinks that this is bad for Gaga’s image is just as stupid as his lawyers for pushing Gaga to say all of these things.

Gaga came out if this looking like a great friend and perhaps one of the largest supporters of survivors of sexual assualt. By dragging Gaga into this, these lawyers cast doubt on him and made Kesha seem so much more credible.

If you have a problem with what she said, that’s because you do not believe victims of sexual assualt, not because she said anything wrong.

Just because the court can’t prove it beyond a reasonable doubt doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. It also doesn’t mean that you have to make rude and nasty comments about it being her fault if she was raped.

Why is dr Puke’s team responding to Gaga as if she’s given this statement NOW? This was a leak from court, wasn’t it?

Keep it there. This is all about his damn reputation.

This lmao :rip:

If they wanted to react, they should have reacted when she said it in court

It's always starts from an "act of kindness".

Even my uncle when he raped me he called me to the room from an "act of kindness" because he wanted us to spend a nice time listening to music...

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy

I just hope all this coming up again doesn’t upset Gaga or trigger her. There was absolutely no need for Luke’s team to respond to this deposition, it is not new information to them.

This is such an amazing time in Gaga’s life and career and I don’t want anything spoiling it for her.

Katy Perry should testify to this and explain if Dr. Luke did anything to her. Because this case is really just a battle between two blund parties.

But Katy has nothing to do with this and she already did and she said he did nothing to her and that she doesn’t want to be involved with this. I don’t get how her saying anything would help the case after she testified? :oprah:

In the end, the aim of Gaga's deposition was just to know the extent of her knowledge about the issue. She never said she knew more than what Kesha told her, so why are they all acting like Gaga has a bigger role to play in this?

I would assume that she's not the only person Kesha told her story to, so why are they only focusing on Gaga? :triggered: Like she said, she never met Kesha more than a couple of times and can only remember having a personal conversation with her in person once - surely there are more knowledgable persons to go drag in this mess, but I guess Gaga's name does make headlines juicier, right?

Fundamentally, Gaga has nothing to do with this either. If vocally supporting a friend in need is enough to get legally involved, then there's no wonder why trials are so crowded and take so ****ing long to close a case.

Well Gaga is kinda involved because she directly talked to Kesha about what happened to her and there is proof of that. Katy was only mentioned by the two and never discussed any of it with anyone.
