Admittedly I have paid about 0 attention to Vegas residencies and how many ppl have them, before Gaga got one, but sheesh it sure seems like a whole lot of pop star power focused in 1 city. I think that's the point though, probably part of the mayor's tourism campaign or something to try and revitalize the Strip as a top trendy tourist destination and not a tired expensive series of hotel conference rooms for biker dads and gambling addicts. I remember reading an interview where Linda Perry says that Christina called her and said she wanted to do a 1970s rock/disco album next...?
