From 2008 to 2014 I’d say, all of them were present, Gaga, Katy, Rhianna etc, were new and the streaming era wasn’t that big of a thing, Instagram wasn’t that developed, Twitter was dying. The only one that did it during that time was Britney (with 3 and HIAM) and I mean... Britney = Legend, also spent some time in the shadows to built hype.
