I'm fairly sure the only songs that Gaga didn't have a large hand in writing, but merely 'tweaked' (that we know about) are 'Til it Happens to You, Perfect Illusion and Come to Mama, and that is reflected in the fact that Gaga is not officially credited as the primary songwriter on these songs, where she is credited as such on every other original song in her discography.

We know that on ARTPOP that she bought and then tweaked already-made instrumentals from producers (e.g. for Aura and Mary Jane Holland) but also that she wrote the top-line for the songs herself. 

I wouldn't be surprised if some of the songs from The Fame were written by other people, but I feel fairly certain that she really has been the primary writer for all the songs that she is credited as such on from The Fame Monster onward.

Ok how could she have possibly done that for Aura if Aura was originally just an instrumental? Infected Mushrooms didn’t have lyrics to that song? Venus was also her creation that she produced & the only part that you could possibly say she didn’t write was the “rocket #9” reference which was just that & Donatello was just an instrumental also without lyrics. Reworking a song means taking a song with lyrics, melodies & production & rewriting the lyrics, melodies & reproducing the production. Where exactly are you getting this info? Where’s the factual proof cause I’m not looking to get dragged into a fake news discussion lol
