Poll: Only 7% of Americans support the wall to end shutdown

Only 7 percent of American voters surveyed support giving Donald Trump funding for his Mexico border wall to end the U.S. government shutdown, according to a new poll. I don’t remember the poll (I’ll try to find it) where it says that 42% support the wall. And the other 58% oppose it. Regardless, republicans and Trump are lying about how “most” Americans support the wall. It’s the opposite.

That is correct.

This poll just says 7% support the wall to end the shutdown.

Which means the rest would rather have the gov open even if the wall isn’t granted. 

I can’t post the entire article cause it’s against the rules but it explains in the link that 43% support the wall.
