Don’t you mean RuVeal?

Kidding aside, do you see prices in Toronto going down at all? Even forgetting buying a house, rent is stupid expensive here too

#5, #6, and #8 are only unaffordable if you're doing low tier jobs.  :poot:

But HK is spot on though.

I was waiting for Monaco to be the #1 or something like that but I remembered everyone is rich there :stalkga:

but I didn’t expect Hong Kong to be the #1 or LA to appear on the list

I know in Luxembourg the lowest salary is 2,000€ :poot:

But you can't buy a house till you're in your late 30s.

Thats why everyone moves after they finish HS

For example, a house that is 200'000€ in Belgium might cost you 500'000€ in Luxembourg

Same.

I’m also shook that LA is higher than San Francisco.

500 000€ with 2000€ salary is not that bad. Where I live the lowest income is around 300€ and the apartment I live in was 70 000€ short of 500 000€ and it's not even like a very big one just that it's downtown and renovated.

be my sugar daddy?

no, but for real--

i guess all the people i know who have been priced out are poets and writers and adjunct professors. i don't consider that a "low tier job," and i think it's obvs very sad if a city is too expensive for those people--who play such a big part in making a city vibrant and alive--can't afford to live in it.
