It is on here 90% of the time.

I’ve never seen anyone talk about toxic masculinity in that way... moreso, when men feel the need to bother other men who wear makeup and heels.

I'm a pescatarian meaning I only eat fruits and veggies and no red meat. But I do eat seafood. I love seafood and refuse to quit it.  I ate red meat and such all my life and slowly within the last 2 years the idea of it, taste of it, the chew of it...would make me gag and I'd throw it up. It's very gross. Not sure why that happened but I feel alot cleaner and better since I've let it go so, for ME, it works. And I'm masculine with an athletic build just because that's how I am naturally. Food has nothing to do with it. I cant change it anymore than a feminine person can or should change themselves.

Oh and I also dont eat eggs or cheese of any kind, not even on my pizza!

Fruits, TONS of vegetables and salads, pasta, cereals, seafood. There are a ton of things you can do with veggies so I'm always cooking something different.

What is your top feeling-lazy-and-throwing-something-easy-together-for-dinner dish? I'm also pescetarian (usually vegetarian but I'll eat seafood occasionally) and always looking for more meal ideas. One grows weary of pasta and wraps after all these years lol.

OT: This ad is hilarious and gonna go over about as well as a ton of bricks. The ~poow widdwe mensies~ (read: MRA's and Piers Morgan) already got super offended at this Gillette commercial (which I personally thought was sweet, if a little heavy-handed), so I can only imagine their delicious outrage beardtears cried at this PETA ad.

On the real real, going vegan won't increase your stamina but studies* have shown that vegan c*m tastes better than carnivore c*m.

Just be sensible about meat intake. Yeah, the American and western food system at large is WAY to meat protein-centric, but you don’t have to eliminate it all together. Just be cognizant about your food choices and how it affects your overall ecological footprint. PETA, ya doing too much.

I’ll bake some salmon and sauté some zucchini and summer squash then slice a little avocado on top. Bing bang boom. Easy, lazy dinner.

Probably veggie soup or veggie chili...

You can let either cook in a crock pot for hours and it's delicious. For the soup, you can either make it homemade or get a few cans of the Progresso Tomato soup with basil (you can use that with the chili too) and then chop up whatever you like. I do onions, tomatoes, bell pepper, dash of garlic, small cubed potatoes, season how you like it and let cook on low for a few hours, pour in a big coffee cup with crackers or cornbread and BAM

Almost the same for the chili except no potatoes, add extra tomatoes onions peppers etc, I add a half of a pouch of taco seasoning mix just for the flavor, stir well, add a can of chili beans, hot sauce to taste, let cook on a low heat for about 4 hours, taste and stir along the way.  It all basically cooks itself and you can always double the portion if you want some leftover to heat up for the next day (somehow it's even better the next day)..

Once it's all tender and you're ready to eat, pour in a bowl or big coffee cup, crackers and BAM. You can also have some steamed or boiled rice ready and put some rice in the bottom of the bowl and add some of the chili or even the soup on top.  Its warm, comforting, flavorful and filling!

I also love to steam some rice and then take some fresh broccoli, asparagus and brussel sprouts on an oven pan. In a bowl mix a tad of butter with sea salt, pepper, and a little olive oil. Dice some potatoes, put all the veggies on the oven pan, turn oven on to 350, take a brush and mix the olive oil, salt, pepper and butter together (squeeze butter works good cuz it's already melted. Or you can just use olive oil...take the brush and brush heavily over the potatoes and veggies. Really soak them. Then add another dash of sea salt and pepper...

Put in oven approx 25-30 min...mixing them around as they cook. It really depends on your taste. You can cook them longer or not as long just pay attention to it. Take a plate or bowl and shoot across a little line of olive oil, add your rice, then add your salt pepper olive oil baked veggies on top and BAM.

It's delicious.

I'm vegetarian and PETA is a joke and really needs to fade into oblivion.

Would you rather be putting living things in your body, or dead things? :trollga:

I'm vegetarian so I support u and ur vision for life and all, but sis, I gotta disagree with u here... Everything we put in our bodies, plant or animal part, is dead. IMO the only thing you could argue is "living" is seeds and sprouts that would grow, or the bacterial cultures in (gasp) dairy products like yogurt and cheese.

Bing bang boom that sounds delicious. I don't cook a lot of fish but what better time to learn than the present?

Oh I'm definitely gonna take your soup idea. I have several cans of tomato soup gathering dust on my shelves right now. Bing bang boom add ya left over whatever veggies you have and delicious time.

It's so easy and you can really do anything with it. Let it cook thru the day and all those flavors slowly merge. Its fantastic. If you dont have a crock pot you can always use a pot on the stove just keep it just around a simmer.

You can buy a small crock pot for like $20 bucks or so sometimes. I use mine ALL THE TIME so it's a great investment.

I also will make a huge storage bowl of fresh cold crisp salad and keep it in my fridge as a go to when I just want something clean and quick. Lettuce, onions, tomatoes, diced peppers (I love spice), cucumber. I'll make a bowl of that with crushed crackers or homemade croutons (I make my own) and some light Italian dressing or a vinaigrette and boom quick, easy, fresh and delicious.

Typically if I want seafood I'll go to a restaurant and order it grilled or cajun blackened. I'll let myself do fried at times since everything else I eat is so clean ya know. Plus I work out so it's fine to do fried seafood here and there.

Also I dont drink any soda with the exception of a Sprite maybe once every 2 weeks. I like water, strawberry banana body armor sport drinks, juices and tea. No alcohol, no drugs, 100 push ups and 100 sit ups when I first wake up and then get my day on!

It's easy to take care of yourself. It's just starting it that can be difficult for some but it's so worth it.  I just turned 40 and look 25 so yea hahaha it's worth it!

Sneaky Oliver

I don’t know who’s worse: the ones who created the ad concept or the ones who thought it was cool to join and put a banana between your legs for some money :fail:

did peta even publish scientific research which provides any evidence about how going vegan will increase sexual stamina? The ad seems stupid and random and I don’t think anyone wants to go vegan because of it :toofunny:
