As I said, i find it all funny. But there IS a hypocrisy when discussing another group while doing the same AS that group.

What's blatant is the fact that this all stems from a near decade long thing that was last brought up by Gaga herself and that was like 2 years or more ago. 

Things are only the way they are because both far sides of both groups cant live a week without discussing it. 

I sit back and laugh. Being a stan of both works in my favor. I was an 80s boy tho which didnt hurt.

And to do so with baiting material gets that point across? All im saying is, let the children be pressed and go about your day if thats how you feel. The perpetuation of the "petty delusonal monster" narrative needs to end alongside conversations of why one side shouldn't discuss the other. Itll never fully cease. Furthermore, Glenn Close said she respected her longevity and her business acumen but ya wouldnt know that from the clip in the OP.

It's all so silly!  But being an 80s boy, I'm biased. The same feeling I get when I defend Madonna to people is the same one I get when defending Gaga to people. 

But at the end of the day, I am really laughing because I get to love something others are missing out on over a nonexistent issue. Lol

Yeah man. I just don't get why people want to be like petty and hateful. Like it seems such naive behaviour - 'they do so why can't we?' Because we should try to aspire to be different, to be unlike the rest. 

Why would you want your fanbase to be known for attacking others? Didn't we have enough of that with Kelly Osbourne, Katy, Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran...the list is endless. There's 100s of articles online about Monsters bullying other people. 

I know Stan culture is shady and I'm all for a joke but it gets tiring to see all the time, especially being a mod when you see the amount of bashing on GGD alone, Twitter is even worse. The OP isn't that big of a deal tbh but in a larger context it's just overplayed.

These are all wonderful idealist notions but unrealistic. And again, im not saying "they do so why can't we" as if im condoning the behavior so much as acknowledging and understanding, as none of you are, why these attitudes exist in the first place and attempting to hold all accountable as opposed to just slapping some positive ideal in the thread laced with some baiting shade as if that accomplishes anything either? Idk. Ive said what I had to say, clearly a lot of opposition to my point of view, im gonna give this thread a breather from the flooding of debate over stan politics now. Peace.

What doesnt make sense is why the STILL!  Only other than not being able to let go of past situations.

I say the same thing on that other forum so it's not just here.  If everyone would let things go there wouldnt be this situation but I cant fit a mountain thru a needle either. Lol.  Find the humor in it. It's not that serious.

also i'm sorry if i came across as a ****, i'd gladly curse the **** out of most people on here, and i'm sure you'd do the same towards some members, but since we cant do that due to... moderation, let's just agree that actually, i guess both of us have some points, but from a different perspective? but however, thanks for actually trying to talk, rather than insert 3 random stan gifs, type 'drag ha scalp ha hunty' and disappear.

And not that I should have to validate myself but I will state this for the record anyway, I dig Madonna. Followed her career through most of my life sans maybe an album cycle or two I didn't care for. So its not as if my pov is coming from a place of hatred or bitter ignorance. I have just always seen the imbalance not just on ATRL but in real life with people I know or have met, I see differences both online and in the flesh. At the end of the day, should anyone really talk about anyone? No. Stones thrown at glass houses, etc. Blah blah blah.
