Have you guys seen Gaga's SHOWstudio interview? It was recorded on May 30th 2010, it was still TFM era. It was approximately 3 months before Gaga announced the BTW title at the VMAs... And in this interview, she gives hints to songs that would be released a whole year later. For instance, she says "Born this way" several times, and even describes her Monster Ball as an "Electric chapel" for fans to gather :) She even discusses the "private in public" concept.
