Sis,  even if it was an adult there in that stage and he still did those things knowing that he is in a position of power and the crowd is on his side, and she couldn't say no,  that's just the whole point.

17 probably falls in the age of consent. So no issue there.

Oh, well if it was at the age of consent at whatever state they were in, I don't think it's an issue then. The groping part is awkward though.

The amount of older people I had sex with at 17.  Lol I used to go to the nearest community college and attend the LGBT club meetings, just to hook up with college men.
