Is this a normal thing at male concerts? Genuinely I've never really watched any male artists shows, so I don't know.

But this just seems so weird and creepy to act like that towards a fan in front of everyone regardless of her age (though that of course makes this so much worse). To be so blatantly sexual. I know Gaga can be flirty but it's always in a joking way, she never actually touches anyone like that.
