Now, doing some research I've found that the closest Fashion week to that date is Paris Haute Couture week which is from the 21st to the 24th of January. Assuming Gaga is nominated (and that she has decided to go to the awards wearing clothes ), then we should all pay close attention to those shows in order to get an idea of what Gaga might be wearing. People who are showing new collections during this week who already have a working relationship with Gaga are -Iris Van Herpen, Dior, Ralph and Russo, Chanel, Armani, Givenchy, Jean Paul Gautier & Valentino. Though Gaga will most definitely be wearing a custom piece; they tend to follow the theme/colour scheme of the already existing collections. This has been a PSA. mamo 19,229 Posted January 5, 2019 Share Posted January 5, 2019 ugh if she turned up in iris van herpen or archive mugler, I would DIE. but it'll probably be atelier versace (which is also a good but safe choice) considering how close she is with donatella. other designer bets I could see during awards season are: givenchy (audrey hepburn vibes?) valentino (that pink feathered dress was iconic...maybe we might see more of that?) mcqueen (need i say...?) armani privé (can't go wrong with a classic choice) celine (bc of her relationship with hedi slimane) gareth pugh (yes b*tch we want drama!!!!) brandon maxwell (bc he's brandon maxwell duh) tom ford (so chic) chanel (hm questionable?) dior (she's not really worn dior much in the past but who the f*ck knows seriously) alaïa (she already wore alaia during the 2015 oscars so maybe for another awards show?...) jacobs by marc jacobs for marc jacobs in collaboration with marc jacobs for marc by marc jacobs..... B*TCH I DON'T F*CKING KNOW ANYMORE!!!!! anyway... I think we'll get a better incline of what designers she'll choose when award season starts - i'm so excited!
