I don't want to believe that Hart is a bad person or that those comments still reflect him today. Maybe it wasn't the best move for Ellen to do this, but I don't think we should be criticizing her too much for it, because I doubt her intentions were bad. So why don´t we use this now to demand action so that someone like Laverne Cox host the oscars or Peppermint or....(the list is endless long i am to tired to write them all together...) Hmm... but those comments ARE representative of his character today. I think it's totally disgusting that he is playing the victim here and that Ellen of all people is defending him! 2008 wasn't that long ago. And as a public figure, he needs to be held accountable.
