It's beautiful and romantic. - The video? Added a whole new visual DIMENSION to the song - The PRODUCTION? her best. Those growling synths and repetitive chorus is a total earworm. - The lyrics/meaning? also her best. I love how it's a big unapologetic goodbye to all of your past lovers ("Alejandro - Fernando - Roberto"). - and helloooooooo the mf violin .. --> how it over-dramatizes the song like ohhh woe is me :'( "I know that we are young and i know that you may love me... but i just cant be with you like this anymore... alejandro" like that **** HITS. Not to mention that the song itself has aged like FINE WINE. Bad Romance did not have that affect. Conclusion: the legend really jumped out here. I seriously don't know a better song.
