I almost became personal in one of those threads too. But this was just dumb and made me realise what is happening (already a few hours after the show) Like, since ASIB it was the first time in a ****ing WHILE we agreed and staned that much together. There was SO much positivity during the ASIB era and please don’t let us lose this! And No! I am not criticizing the people not liking Enigma a 100%. I am much more talking to the people who don’t accept those opinions! I honestly saw no actual HATE and dramatic bashing for Enigma or Gaga. So it’s completely over the top to call the fanbase „Trash“, „Spoiled“ or the „worst fanbase in the world“. Cause that’s not what we are. ASIB did prove that! Also the same counts for people not accepting the love for the show! My personal opinion is that this show is one of her best. BUT the potential wasn’t completly used! I loved the intro, the robot from Scheiße, the costumes, the CrazyGa she is serving. But something was missing. But what we should all not forget (And now I am speaking to THE FEW people throwing hate towards Gaga) is the fact that Gaga gave her best tonight! She served her best, and tried to push the show as far as it could at this point! So let’s be kind to each other and Gaga. There is no reason to hate in any way. I know this thread probably will not change a lot. But I just think it had to be said! Accept people’s opinion, discuss it but don’t trash it! Be respectful and most importantly show Gaga our love and the fact that we, her fanbase, understand the god damn message she sends in the world! StarstruckIllusion 52,769 Posted December 29, 2018 Share Posted December 29, 2018 agree agree. those who get upset at Gaga’s critics (who yes are allowed to be her biggest fans too) have a long life of stanning ahead of them this isn’t new, and will never end… a new set of people won’t live for her newest projects everytime, but that’s normal, healthy and expected (as long as it’s civil) and can be seen outside the fandom. try and be happy that you yourself enjoy something, and don’t be upset if you don’t. Things are bound to improve and get better with every show, once she gets accustomed to the set, outfit changes etc. Plus, since she's bound to Vegas, she can easily make additions without worrying about logistics. DC 25,164 Posted December 29, 2018 Share Posted December 29, 2018 It feels like there is something missing because we aren't used to it, the more time she adds stuff, the more she'll get personal, and the more songs she adds, the more normal it'll be. That happened at all her tours, The Monster Ball, The Born This Way Ball, the Artrave (Oh, esPECIALLY the Artrave), and of course the Joanne World Tour. This happens to a lot of artists such as Britney for example, we're only at the first date, of course it's not gonna be perfect. I think we all can agree on that... and that J&D is awful... Thats exactly the problem OP mentioned, calling people "too harsh/not realize/so disrespectful" is not respecting others opinions.
