Well, Bloodpop did say 2019 was gonna be huge for them. So I definitely think he meant new music and album next year. Think of the opening night as a teaser maybe? 

On the other hand, I really think the story (or lack thereof) is not scripted well. The elements were there to make it great, but the story underwhelms it.

Yea, from the show. Mind you, I only watched livestreams that were 14p and I could only see pixels. So I can't make a fair judgement. We'll have to wait for the reviews from those who went tonight.
