She is clearly getting a huge industry push here in America. I can't help to notice the parallels to the promotion of Just Dance out of nowhere in 2008 (though more iconic at the time) Really though I think she has potential to sky rocket. I wonder if TV performances will boost her and the song enough. 2019 is very different from 2008 and people aren’t tuning in as much to these late night shows anymore(unless Ariana is on for the 100th time ). Then again this is probably one of the few things she can do to get more exposure. She didn’t have the luxury of being a Disney/Nickelodeon kid or reality tv personality. I wish her the best though. Ava Max's song may sound different to what's out now but it sounds very much like it could have come out between 2009 and 2012. Just Dance was a groundbreaking song.
